Mathematics Challenge Exam Centre Co-ordinator

Children’s Well-wishers Network (CWN) is an educational charity established to serve all children. We focus on creating an educational network for all children, promoting moral and ethical standards, advance Mathematical and Scientific thinking, and providing educational facilities for impoverished schools in North and East Sri Lanka.

Volunteers are the lifeblood of our charity. We cannot achieve our goals without the help of a large number of dedicated volunteers, and we greatly appreciate support in making it possible for our charity to support more children.

We provide a yearly Mathematics Challenge service consisting of an examination, reviews of children’s answers and group tuition. We have started accepting applications for our next examination on Saturday 16th May 2015.

We are seeking keen volunteers to promote our Mathematics Challenge service, seek donations for our charity’s projects, co-ordinate our examination at a designed exam centre, and assist in awarding certificates and trophies to children at a later date.

Successful candidates will:
• Reflect our values and principles
• Have the ability to work as part of a team
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be keen and able to travel to various locations across England

CWN is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
